The New York Turtle & Tortoise Society announces its 26th Annual Seminar, featuring presentations by three prominent chelonian researchers:

  • Ward B. Stone, Wildlife Pathologist (retired), New York Department of Environmental Conservation: “Turtle Pathology in New York”
  • Roger C. Wood, Paleontologist, Professor of Biology, Richard Stockton College, Pomona, New Jersey: “Recent Discoveries Shed New Light on the Evolution of Leatherback Turtles”
  • Peter C.H. Pritchard, Director, Chelonian Research Institute, Oviedo, Florida: “Galápagos Tortoises: There Are Still Surprises — Latest Developments in the Galápagos”
